I love solving problems. Back in the day, I studied applied mathematics before going into design full-time. I’ve found that my math background has played a big role in my design work: I love design because of the way it forces me to think about solving problems, from gathering information to analyzing possible connections to producing an elegant solution.

In 2014 I spent 6 months freelancing remotely while I travelled solo through Southeast Asia. This photo is from Doi Suthep in Chiang Mai, Thailand.

More Cooper facts: I love traveling and playing soccer, sometimes at the same time (but not always). I've got a dog named Zeke who keeps me company while I work and makes sure I don't stay inside for too long at a time. But if you're more of a cat person, we can still work together.
